How does IPL work?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-ablative resurfacing procedure targeting the lower layers of the skin without damaging or affecting the op layers.
Using the same principle as Laser – light energy – IPL creates a broad spectrum of light that is absorbed by the cells converting to heat energy breaking down the specific cells that are damaged and rebuilding them as new, fresh, healthy skin cells.
Unlike Lasers, IPL has less downtime so you can return to work immediately.
